Guide to Public Accounting Firm Recruiters and HR Professionals

NOTE: We have suspended sales of our guides described below as we undertake a comprehensive update. We will post a notice prominently on the site when the updated guides are available.

This guide provides you the contacts you need to break into the major accounting firms. You will find the names and contact details of the campus recruiters and human resources professionals that are busy hiring into public accounting jobs. You will find 100+ key people in the U.S. Included are addresses, email contact details and phone numbers.

This is a directory of internal professionals that work inside public accounting firms rather than external "headhunters."

The firms that are included are BDO Seidman, BKD, Clifton Gunderson, Crowe Horwath LLP, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, KPMG, McGladrey & Pullen, Moss Adams, Plante & Moran, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rehmann and Reznick Group.

The recruiters are completely U.S. focused. U.S. accounting recruiting is often regional in nature and focused on recent college graduates planning to take the CPA exam. For this reason we have listed the city that each recruiter is based in and the guide has a good representation across the United States. The guide will give you leg up for a self-directed search and could be particularly helpful if you are based, say, in Arizona and want to end up in New York. The Guide would also be helpful to persons who are looking to transition into public accounting and need the contacts to get there.

The guide is organized as an Excel spreadsheet to make it as easy as possible for you to select the firms that interest you. You should feel free to edit the spreadsheet, tracking responses and progress made in your job search effort in the upcoming recruiting season.

The cost of the guide is $19.95.
